Accountability and governance

With the first IVF clinic opening in Cambodia in 2014, and no laws directly regulating assisted reproduction, it has been reported that "self-regulation has meant introducing the treatment to married heterosexual couples only, and not to single women or homosexual couples who would need sperm or egg donation." [1]
