BioPolicyWiki is an an on-line guide to laws and policies governing the use of human genetic and reproductive technologies throughout the world.

BioPolicyWiki is a project of the Center for Genetics and Society, a nonprofit information and public affairs organization working to encourage responsible uses and effective societal governance of the new human genetic and reproductive technologies.

BioPolicyWiki was developed by Jesse Reynolds, Richard Hayes, Jamie D. Brooks and Pete Shanks. Much of the initial information displayed on BioPolicyWiki was based on research done by Rosario Isasi. However, the information currently displayed includes edits made by many contributors.

Wikis depend for their accuracy on contributions by people knowledgeable about the topics at hand. With your input, the BioPolicyWiki can increase in accuracy and thoroughness. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any particular item included in BioPolicyWiki.
